Nope. And in the winter in particular it is DARK in their rooms. I have been waiting for my older gal (3.5) to develop some kind of fear of the dark, but so far, so good!

Nope, we keep it totally dark. She actually has a hard time sleeping when there's light.

DD sleeps with two wall lamps and a table lamp in; it is so bright in her room! DS has just one bright nightlight for now, but he seems to be following in his sister's footsteps.

He gets distracted from going to sleep if its light so nope! There's a glowing kind of light on his monitor base and that's it. We also leave the door cracked and the hall light on.

Nope - he likes total darkness (or at least he sleeps well that way). We have a portable dinosaur night light that we turn on during bedtime routine and it has a timer of 15 mins and dims out.
