Hey veteran moms, how does daylight saving time effect baby sleep? I've got a 6.5 month old LO. I'm curious to know if I should be prepared for a bad couple of nights or nothing at all.

I haven't seen much of a difference with my girls. We usually make the change over 2 night. 1/2 an hour forward or back each night. I don't even think it really helps, but why mess with something that worked, lol.

Uhhhhh I'm so stressed about this because in addition to daylight savings time Monday is my first day back at work. We usually spend the first bit of the morning hanging out in PJs so Monday will be a tough day for all of us!
