If I went and got my LO at the first sign of movement she'd be a grumpy pants. She needs to roll around for a bit until she is actually up and happy, so I wait until she stands up.... which sometimes can take a half hour!

my LO is a sloooooooow waker. He def needs that time to transition or he is a bear! Sometimes it does take a half hour for him to actually wake up!
