Does your LO yell at you while you cook? Whenever I get pots and pans out, T knows a meal is coming and starts yelling/whining for food! It was cute at first but now it's a little annoying b/c he is soooo impatient! Anyone else?

YES. And will get under my feet, literally. Sometimes I hypnotize him with TV (parent of the year) and even that doesn't work sometimes.

Yes, she sees the head of broccoli and wants it! Patience!! Sometimes i'll just give her a big raw chunk to get her to stop whining.

@Mrs. Yoyo: Haha yes - he comes and hangs of my legs and yells until there is food in his mouth.
@Freckles: I sometimes give in and give him a hunk of cheese to stop the yelling.

My LO yells all the time! I think its adorable, but when she starts whining its not so cute. She gets very impatient at mealtime.

yes though more when I've put her in her chair and am getting her food ready. I've learned to put her in the chair at the last minute.

Yes, as soon as I put him in the high chair. I try to distract him with his cup or some puffs.

Yes! He likes to grab the baby gate and shake it too. Sorry kid, you screaming at me isn't gonna make this cook any faster!

She doesn't whine but she wedges herself between me and the cabinets so that I can't get to anything I need LOL

Yes, he yells, screams, sings once I put him in high chair. He loves to yell "MAMAMAMAMAMA" and then he points at the sharks (I mean our dogs) that are under his high chair and yell "DOG!" at them. He also "feeds" the dogs and yells "DOG!" when he does it and then laughs hysterically.
