My daughter is almost two and names all her shoes. When I tell her to go get her shoes, she lists them all: "White sandals? Toms? Indoor shoes? Outdoor shoes? Jelly sandals? Pink?Boots?" until I stop her at the ones I want her to get.

She only has two pairs of shoes right now. Well 3 if you count slippers. She knows Elmo slippers, Elmo shoes, or pink shoes.

She does, she doesn't say them correctly though. She calls her shoes "hoofs" not sure where that came from, but we think it's pretty funny.

Yes, and she's opinionated about what she wants to wear for the day.

So cute! LO only has one pair of shoes in each size so he just calls them "shoes."

He's 18 months and calls them Oh-Shows. It cracks us up, I've been stalking him trying to get it on video. He amazes me that he can pick out a matched pair and bring them to us to put on him. Just today he learned to say socks!

I want my pink see Kai runs or I want my blue crocs. She knows them all. Too bad she prefers to wear her snowboarding boots most of the time... Or her running shoes.

LO says, I wear my Jordans. My brother gave her Michael Jordan slides for Christmas. She identifies the rest of her shoes (besides boots) by color- pink ones, black ones, white ones.
@Mrs. Jacks: I also adore and keep buying blue crocs each time I lost them or LO grew out of them. DH tries to talk me out of blue but I love that they match everything.

My son knows. Sneakers, blue sandals, sandy colored sandals, crocs, rain boots.
