I'm working from home so I don't really know; but supposedly people were encouraged to dress up, decorate their cubes (which I didn't see much of), and there are treats.
Last year my company rented out a bowling alley and had free drinks/food.

Nope. And so far I'm the only one I've seen that's dressed up... awkward...

If I were the only one dressed up I would absolutely go trick-or-treating at every single cubicle- more candy for me!!
The school district I drove for in Colorado dressed up- the ones I remember most were the entire payroll department- they put streamer bars up along their counter and dressed in orange or black-and-white. One of their higher-ups dressed as a police officer or sheriff cowboy or something Their jail was awesome!
The other few bus drivers that dressed up came with me and we trick-or-treated our various district areas, it was a lot of fun. Several people asked to take pictures of me in my froggy costume. Sorry, the only one I managed to get of me was on my bike as I was going home at the end of the day, I caught a coworker and got them to snap one picture for me.

Yes, they put up decorations a few weeks ago and they encourage people to bring in their kids for trick or treating/hand out candy. I'm missing it this year because I'm on vacation but it is fun seeing all the kids dressed up! Adults don't usually dress up though.

Yes! Though my dept didn't do it this year, we usually do costumes and decorate our hallway/cubicles around a central theme. We've done under the sea, island of misfit toys, spooky haunted house, etc. There's one dept that goes all out; this year they did Game of Thrones, and it was ah-mazing.
