I'm a little at a loss about what to do with LO. He has been vomiting off and on since January. We thought it was constipation, got that taken care of, but he still vomited. Now we are treating him for reflux, but he is still vomiting. He did a swallow study and everything looked normal. We did some allergy testing for nuts, and he is allergic to peanuts. But it doesn't seem to be related to a specific food - he will even throw up before eating anything. DH and I think it might be related to post nasal drip, and are trying Zyrtec with him - but that hasn't seemed to help the congestion or the vomiting.

He is doing great though. Gaining weight, growing, his motor development is awesome, and his vocabulary is through the roof. He doesn't seem sick or bothered when he throws up. He goes right on eating.

We have an appointment with a peds GI, but it's not for another month. Our pediatrician wants to do a CT scan, but DH is concerned about the radiation levels. She is concerned about brain swelling, but he doesn't meet any of the other symptoms of it, except vomiting. The pediatrician was fine with us waiting until after we met with the peds GI, but now that we couldn't get an appointment for a month, she wants to do it sooner, but said it is up to us.

I'm just at a loss. Littlebaby is coming in less than three months. I'm so tired of cleaning up vomit. (I realize that's petty, but it's true - constant floor scrubbing and outfit changes and all). I am worried about the kid. But I don't know what to worry about more - vomiting, or exposing him to a ton of radiation so little.
