We only used a doorway jumper for a little bit, he wasn't a fan. Probably around 5 months for that and the exersaucer.

We got lo an exersaucer at 4.5 month but he didn't really start to enjoy it til around 5.5/6 months--that's when he developed the manual dexterity to grasp the toys. We have a jumperoo and lo loved it around 4, 4.5 months.

We have the target doorway jumper (Johnny Jump-Up) and she likes it, we just don't put her in it much because the only room with the jamb is the bedroom. The jumperoo is the same thing but with toys, and it's in the livingroom, so she gets put in that. Oh, she's 5 months old and has been using it since 4.

I think we started using the exersaucer and doorway jumper around then. We wrapped an a&a blanket around his stomach until he got the hang of it. He got too tall for the doorway jumper quickly even at its shortest setting and we just bought a used fisher price rainforest jumperoo and he loves it at 6 months. We have the cheapie bright starts exersaucer and he likes it too and I like it bc its portable from room to room.
