Yep I drink from the fountain (tap) all the time.

Yep! I grew up drinking tap water and it never bothered me. I drink tap water at home most of the time, but I'll use filtered water in baking because Alton Brown told me to.

We have a water cooler at work, but I would have no problem drinking tap.

I can smell the chlorine in tap water so I prefer not to drink it. But if we go to a restaurant I have no problem drinking it because I don't want to buy a drink.

I grew up where you couldn't drink tap water, so now it's something I'm very wary of. I will where I live now, but only if there isn't a filtered option. If I'm somewhere new where I haven't heard about the quality of tap water, I will not.

Yes, though I admit it took me time to wean myself off the Brita, and it helps that we have really excellent water where we live. When we visit the in-laws, their water tastes like crap, so I use bottled (and feel bad about the plastic).

I pretty much only drink tap water. I used to not like the taste of the water where I live now, but I got used to it.

Yes, we drink tap water all the time. In most places (in the US at least) tap water is well regulated... and most bottled water is not (and does, in fact, come from a tap somewhere).

ETA: I have lived places where the tap water didn't taste good, and taste is definitely a factor. Luckily our current town has a great tasting tap water.

We drink filtered tap. I had some regular tap the other day and was surprised to taste so much chlorine - yuck!! But I'm sure if I drank it all the time I probably wouldn't notice.

We keep a filter pitcher in the fridge, but mostly because I prefer it cold. At our old place, the water came out of the tap pretty cold and I just drank it straight from then.

I have always had tap or brita filtered tap but since we moved I started buying bulk water. The water here is so full of chlorine dh and I had burning red hands - it was crazy! So I buy bulk reverse osmosis water and I really like it.
