Could you go backwards from the size of a Samsung Galaxy S4/iPhone6 to an iPhone5?
It's smaller, less fancy, etc.
My husband and I are looking at prepay phone services and they don't offer the phone I have now, the SGS4. So I'm thinking of going to the iPhone5.....
Thoughts?

You could but it's def harder to type! I'm sure you'll even get used to it. DH went from a S4 to iPhone 5.

I wouldn't because of the battery life. It was so bad on my iphone 5. I was at the end of my rope with it. Battery life on my iphone 6 is so much better.

If I had no choice, yeah... But I would be so , so sad. I love my iPhone 6 plus and even my husbands 6 seems tiny when I hold it.

@mediagirl: I'm happy with my iphone5! It was one of the ones with battery issues but since being replaced I've had no problems.

DH's iPhone 5 is over a year old and no battery issues. My old S4 on the other hand? Battery life sucked.

Absolutely. I hate the OS on the Galaxy's. My mom has an S5, and I hate using it. So messy. I have an iPhone 5s, and love it. I don't want to get a 6! I prefer a smaller phone though. Not into the phablet craze.
FWIW, my battery is always dead by the end of the day, but that's because I use it A LOT. DH has the same, and his lasts a couple days!

@mediagirl: the 6 can last me all day with really heavy usage. I am never at a computer so I use my phone for everything. The 5 got steadily worse for me after the first year. I could never use it was heavily as the 6 without charging it intraday either.

My 5 never had battery issues...I think it was age of a phone that caused more problems. Whenever a phone hit a year it magically started having annoying quirks, so to me any new phone (especially with lots of memory) was better than a year-old phone.
(And fwiw I don't really like my 6 any more than I did the 5.)

@photojane: I hate that when I type on HB on my 6 I can never see what I type into the box without holding it vertically and constantly pressing "done".

I just got an iPhone 5c and I'm really liking it. But it's the fanciest phone I've ever had so for me it was an upgrade. Also I like smaller phone sizes I find them easier to type with.

I'm always vertical too. But @spaniellove: I do know what you mean. Sometimes there's a glitch where I can't see the HB box at all and have to return to vertical.
