Yikes, my nephew is 4 yrs old and he is a BIG boy. He doesn't necessarily look "fat" but he is built like a tank and really solid! He's 65 lbs and his pediatrician just told my SIL that he needs to be closer to 45 - 50 lbs.
I'm just thinking how hard it is an adult to lose 15 - 20 lbs, how do you get a little boy to do it?? The hard part is that my in-laws exclusively watch him, and he actually even lives with them!! So my MIL cooks Chinese food every day, and there is always rice and meat It's hard for grandma to feed him "healthy" food because that is not their usual diet.
