I have gained about 20 pounds since DD was born in March. I weigh 211 at 5’9”. This is SO heavy for me. I’m wearing a size 16 jeans. My weight pre-pregnancy was about 180 and I just want to get back there. But with no gyms, lots of rain, 3 kids, etc... I feel like my weight loss resources are thin. Maybe I should just cut calories? Any advice?
