I've been reading a lot about ways to get LO to sleep longer in the morning. It seems like most people say that (counter intuitively) if you put your baby to bed earlier they will sleep longer. I've been trying for a week. She goes down fine but she keeps getting up earlier and earlier. I'm not sure where to go from here. Do I keep trying an earlier bedtime for a longer period of time? Try to keep her up later? LO is 16 months.

Before I tried to improve things I nursed her right before bed at 7:30 and she woke between 4:30 and 5:30. Now I've moved up the bedtime feed to 6:15 and bed by about 6:45. She's waking between 3:45 and 4:30 (3am this morning but she fell back asleep). I know she's still tired because she'll sleep on my shoulder for a few minutes when I pick her up. Then she'll sleep as long as I walk around (10 minutes max, she is heavy). I'm exhausted and open to any tips.
