Have you tried these reusable microwaveable and freezable breast packs?
I ordered two sets of the Gerber/Nuk gel packs last week and they both arrived damaged with gel seeping out. Ick...

Never these but, I used the Lansinoh Soothies and they were great. I don't recall then to be microwaveable but they were freezable and great:) also I got mine from Target so you can open the box & peek in to make sure they aren't damaged before buying.

I have used these! They are good... Like a bean bag for your boob.

Yup, like bean bags! Good for engorgement and the like, although I think gel pads are better for nipple trauma.

You can put rice in a sock to DIY them! I have something very similar and it's been very helpful
