I have a week to put together some ideas for two toddler lunches - including testing out their willingness to eat it - and I'm afraid that Pinterest is just giving me too much food for thought. So I'm turning to the boards

Where do you find you inspiration for toddler lunches?

Here's the criteria:
- can't need to be heated (but can be chilled)
- has to be easy to self serve (not a lot of little pieces to combine)
- has to cover most if not all of the food groups
- can't include peanut butter

So far I've come up with veggies, hummus, crackers, lunch meats, fruits, and maybe something like cheese cubes or stick? Or maybe some plain pasta with peas. Thoughts?
