So I just took a trip to the bathroom and wtf... ewcm?? Really??
Anyone have any similar experiences and not have their period, or am I doomed??

Heard just cuz u dont have period doesn't mean you're not ovulating. That's how some women get pregnant w/o their period.

@tequiero21: As in you can ovulate, not get pregnant and not have a period? Or did you just mean ovulating, not knowing it and coincidentally conceiving that first cycle?
@Thehistoryofus: After I posted I was googling and read on Fertility Friend that you can have "patches" of ewcm before your first pp ovulation. I'm reassured to hear a real account of this. Fingers crossed!

I had it around that time too but I'm now 5.5 months pp and still no period

@LAGS: as in you can not have your period, but be ovulating and get pregnant! that's why some people get pregnant within 2-3 months after giving birth. they think they can't get pregnant because they don't have their period, but bam! they're pregnant and their LOs are a year apart.

I am EBFing and got my period at 6 weeks pp but no EWCM. BLEH.....I guess it is condom time.

One doctor told me that you must consistently be breastfeeding no longer than every 5 hours in order to use EBF as birth control.

@caffeinated: It is also good to note that pumping doesn't count, so if you skip a feed and pump instead, you aren't keeping up with the timing.
