I think I am eating well (enough!) during the day, but overnight I am shoveling in at least one breakfast cereal bar at each night waking. Is this normal? Is there something else I should be eating or changing my schedule during the day so I feel fuller overnight?

Here is what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: bowl of porridge
Lunch: chicken, pepper and onion tagliatelle
Afternoon snack: banana
Dinner: chicken breast, chorizo slices and boiled new potatoes

I know nothing when it comes to nutrition so am just eating the kind of meals I would pre-baby.
