Just wondering if there are any other bees in Edmonton?
DS is almost 6 months and I want to get him around other babies, plus I could use some mommy friends.
I figured we could plan a meetup if anyone is interested.

I'm in Calgary but I know an HBer in Edmonton. I won't post it here in case she doesn't want everyone to know exactly where she lives so I'll bump this thread for you instead.

@woodentulip: Since you lived here do you know of any good mom and baby groups for free or cheap? Everything I can find is so expensive.

Not in AB (I'm in Ontario), but I joined momstown.ca and I know they have chapters across the country...might be worth looking not. I think membership is $45/year and they have a full calendar of weekly events.

@ALV91711: Hmmm...I did the New Moms groups that were run through public health--have you done one of those?
I also did Mommy Connections--that was pretty reasonable, I think.
Other than that, I did a lot of mom/baby fitness stuff. I did FitMom, pretty much everything at J'Adore Dance that I could.
I also did a bunch of library programs--have you tried those? They have few for younger babies/caregivers. They can be hard to get into as the registrations fill up, but some branches have drop in , which was great for us!
I will see if I can remember anything else...
