Same here...Lo had been having one night wake up, and then had 3 for like a week, and then the next time he had only one wakeup I was in so much pain!! I end up waking up before he does to hand express, so it's not like I even get to benefit from his longer sleep stretches.

So I'm just going through this right now. I 'night-weaned' last Monday and LO has been STTN since last Wednesday. My overnight supply is still going through adjusting, but the last two mornings I've been able to shower and get ready for work before nursing. They were super full, and I leaked a little bit, but it wasn't unbearable pain like before when it was the random night of sleeping through. It's amazing how quickly our bodies adjust.

it took me about a week or so - maybe a little longer. LO started STTN at 8 weeks, the first day or two i pumped, but knew if I just let it be it would get better - and it did!

now of course, at 16 weeks, he's waking up once in the middle of the night and he eats & goes right back down, so maybe I'll have to deal with that again if - no WHEN - he sleeps through again
