Did your supply take a huge hit? I want to drop my mid day pump so bad but am barely making enough now and we use a freezer bag a day. Should I just keep it up ?

No advice because I only pump twice a day on weekdays but I feel you on the barely making enough...I'm definitely not making enough.

I dropped from 3 to 2 about two weeks ago and I get about an oz less... It's more like 5-6oz a day now, but I think it has more to do with my supply sucking than the dropped pump... I was only getting like 1.5oz at the third one.

If you want to try to maintain the same supply while dropping down a pump session, make sure to pump for the same total time. If you typically pump 20 minutes per session for a total of 60 minutes a day with three sessions, then make sure you're still getting a full 60 minutes with the two sessions at 30 minutes each time. A slow transition might also help.

I got about 2oz less. My supply isn't the greatest tho to begin with. I dropped cold turkey so if u drop gradually it might be better.

3-2 was my biggest drop. From about 18oz to just 10 or maybe even 8...actually maybe it was still 12. More time pumping didn't make much difference for me at this point either.

3x a day: 5 oz
2x a day: 4 oz
1x a day: 3 oz
