I don't bake, but am responsible for bringing 48 home made cookies to a cookie swap tomorrow. This recipe says the cookies have to set for a day or two to be tasty. If I go get all the ingredients now and finish the last batch by 11 pm. How do I speed up the setting? Inside the fridge? On the counter in a foil pan?
