I have several times. I always get the crest strips (or similar). They do definitely work but they make my teeth SO sensitive I can never make it through the whole 2 weeks.

I've used crest strips too. They work; but I'm usually too lazy to be diligent about it to really see a huge difference.

i have done a few, but i like my whitening trays the best. i had them made at the dentist (actually it was at a dental school where i was going because at the time i didn't have dental ins and they offered discounted cleanings and other services, like custom whitening trays) & this is the gel i use in them. crest white strips are also really effective and easy to just grab at target (or wherever you happen to be!). i recommend only doing them one a day and using a toothpaste for sensitive teeth (like sensodyne) while your whitening to avoid tooth pain.

They all have the same active ingredient so brand wise, it doesn't matter. They do make teeth sensitive as your whitening but once your done, the sensitivity will go away after another day or so. My tip is to use Sensodyne 2 weeks prior to whitening and during/after.

My dentist recommended Rembrandt strips- I haven't tried them yet though!

I do them once in awhile and have always had good success--i do trays for about 2-3 nights in a row and that's it, otherwise i get "ghosting" on my enamel. My MIL brings them home from the orthodontist she works in, though, so they're more professional.

I am doing one now, with Crest Whitestrips. I do a treatment every other day for 3 days, otherwise my teeth get too sensitive and too white.

I used crest whitestrips before my wedding and they worked great except for the tooth sensitivity. It went away pretty quickly though!

I highly recommend the most expensive Crest white strips (Intensive professional). I do one treatment every couple of months and they work fantastic (at least for me). I did not experience tooth sensitivity, but since I just do one and done that could be why.
