Did anyone ever end up with BFP after having no early symptoms?
Also, this was my first cycle with letrozole so let me know if you had any "help".

One day of being absolutely exhausted both times at 6 dpo. Other than that, no symptoms at all until ~7 weeks.

No symptoms and I was looking for them, though I did pick a slightly irrational fight with DH the day before BFP that I recognize (but refuse to admit) was probably hormones.

I just got my BFP today and haven't had any distinguishable symptoms. The cold I have been battling all week may have helped to mask them though.

Yep! Parter one year of symptom spotting, imagining implantation bleeding and cramping, the month I had no symptoms was my BFP month! I tested the day AF was due simply because I was going to start fertility meds the next day! If I absolutely had to say I had a symptom, it'd be I was tired the day AF was due. But, it was busy season at work so everyone was tired pregnant or not! I'm 11 weeks now.

I had no symptoms both times!

No symptoms 2 out of 3 times I got a BFP.

I had symptoms with most of my BFNs but not with either of my BFPs. Both times I tested to get it over with so I could move on with my month.

None at all. I actually think it's probably more unusual than not for people to feel real pregnancy symptoms that early.

The only early symptoms I had were exhaustion and my boobs hurting a tad. For my DS and for this pregnancy (not even 5 weeks right now). Just really tired, especially at night.

I had a complete lack of my normal "pre AF" symptoms (no cramping, GI changes, etc) when I got my BFP!

No symptoms here. At the time I wasn't tracking AF so I didn't even know AF was late til I calculated things out after my BFPs

No symptoms until about 5.5 weeks

I've had 3 early positive pregnancy tests with zero symptoms. They've shown up for me around 7 weeks for the most part

I had a happy surprise pregnancy and the only symptom I had was lack of aunt flo. I found at almost 8 weeks and didn't have any obvious symptoms until second tri.

No symptoms - same as PMS symptoms - and the morning sickness started about 5.5-6 weeks. i got my bfp at 4 weeks.

I had very few symptoms that I probably wouldn't have picked up had we not been TTC and very aware of my cycles, I think sore boobs was the main symptom in the early weeks.

My only symptom was sore nipples.

I'm 8 weeks pregnant and still 95% symptom free!
