Anyone see the New Trojan condom commercial?
It's an older gentleman maybe in his 50s? And his son and the son is telling him to have a good time on his date and puts a bare skin condom in his shirt pocket. Inappropriate! But funny at the same time

@BabyMats: I guess I just don't see how that's inappropriate if the son was an adult? I'm not grossed out that my parents still have sex, I'm happy for them!
Also I gave my parents all our condoms when we started TTC because I know that's their method of BC as well.
So maybe I'm just weird.

My mom added condoms to all of her Christmas exchange gifts last year. My teenaged male cousins LOVED it, haha. We are pretty open in my family, so I don't really find this inappropriate either! Just funny.

Hahahaha, we saw this the other night and my husband could NOT stop laughing. He was like "Um, that is the most absurd thing ever." I think it's not unheard of that dads and sons could be like that...but the cheesy commercial-ness of it it hysterical.

Ahaha, I haven't seen this, but it would definitely make me laugh. But I don't think its inappropriate at all. Probably because my parents continually joke/talk about their sex life. All the time.

Yeah....I don't think it's inappropriate, but it's weird. But we don't talk about stuff like that in our families. Even with my sister, who is like my best friend. Sex is just off-limits.

I almost never seen commercials these days, but from what you describe I don't see it as inappropriate?
I certainly wouldn't have ever given my grandad a condom, but I guess I don't see it as inappropriate as much as uncomfortable lol.

I don't think it's inappropriate, but depending on the father-son relationship, I'm sure it could have been a lil awkward. haha!

Oh my gosh--I sent my sister a text about this last night! That commercial icks me out, too. I don't like the son treating his dad like a kid. Is it supposed to be touching or funny? Unclear. And the whole "go get 'em tiger" and the dad looking a little sheepish is awkward.

@Crisark: Yeah, I feel the same way. I kind of giggled at it, I thought it was funny having the son be all dad-like and the actual dad being all bashful about it.
