I have a return label and the sperrys (too small) that we got as a gift from Crewcuts.
Do I call JCREW for a shipping label? Or do I have to send myself?

You can also return in store at J.Crew. I'm not sure if you have to call for a shipping label. If so, they may deduct that from your refund.

Can you return them in store and use their red phone to order new ones? That way you don't have to deal with shipping at all.
