I know that exercising is fine while TTC and that you should keep up your routine (or maybe lower it) for the most part but...
I haven't worked out regularly for a while. I'm curious if starting to work out would be a bad idea while we're trying? Or it could be good because it'll get me in better shape and possibly lower stress, etc?
What do you all think?
With pregnancy you'll have to be a bit more careful about how hard you push yourself, but there are so many exercise options to choose from it's really not a problem.
