I'm no Olympian, but I've been working out 3x/week, for about an hour each time (weights and cardio), and I work up quite a sweat. I know they say it's good to be fit and healthy before pregnancy, but I'm wondering what you all have heard/experienced about exercising during the TWW?

I find myself going easy (or maybe it's just an excuse to be lazy?) but I'm wondering if I'm just overthinking it, which I tend to do. Any thoughts?
