Totally random, but I pumped 4 extra oz in my first pump at work session...
I usually nurse one side and pump one side at home (5 or 6 oz). Then I usually pump 5, 5, 4 oz in my 3 sessions at work.
The last two days, I've been nursing both sides because DS has been extra hungry! so I just pump 3x at work. Yesterday I only pumped 4 oz. in my first session at work, today I got 8?!
Has this ever happened to anyone? Will I pump less in my next two sessions?

This happened to me one time around when LO was 4 months - I was so excited! It went on for maybe 2-3 days, then went back to normal. I have no clue what happened or changed things???
Now I'm facing the opposite problem - I'm pumping about .5 - 1 oz less at each session. At 6.5 months, I think I'm ready to drop to 1 pump session at work - I'm just too busy to get it all done! I feel like we've made a good run though and I"m going to keep breastfeeding as long as I can at home.

I was pumping every morning at the same time after our morning nursing session for a few weeks until we stopped doing a dream feed.... I would go from pumping less than 1 ounce to pumping 9 ounces over the course of two days. so. weird. Yay for extra though, that is a good feeling!
