If you had false/prodromal labour (regular, non-painful contractions), how long did they last before you went into actual labour?
With K, I think I had contractions every night for a week or so, but I can't remember.

The entire pregnancy? I started having BH's around 10 weeks, and they were regular and timeable pretty much the whole time. They just gradually got painful on occasion, and eventually turned into the real thing. There was no clear transition. (Though my real labor contractions were actually more irregular than the BH's!)

i went into labor on a Thursday at 1 am. The Tuesday and Wednesday before I had lots of contractions (especially Tuesday). They were mostly in the late afternoon/early evening and went away by bed.

About 2 weeks before I decided enough was enough and bought some castor oil (was past 40 weeks by then though)
