We have a very long, very Polish last name... ( I kid you not, I'm the only one in the world with my name NO JOKE! Korean first name + Polish last name )
So we decided early on in our TTC journey that we'd stick to simple, short names for LOs. We have an ongoing list going... but figured I'd ask for suggestions in the best place in the world for all things baby!

Oh fun! I love the name Sam for a boy or girl. 
We have the opposite problem. Our last name is one syllable (as is typical for most korean last names) so we wanted a first name with multiple syllables.

My lo's name is rose. And we were going to go with jack if she was a boy. We chose family names.

My name is Joy, and I've always liked it. Technically, I have a 13 letter hyphenated first name, but everyone calls me Joy.

I LOVE short names. Mine is one, so that's probably the reason. Our daughter will have short names, no nicknames! You shall go by your given name! I'm glad to see our preferred names aren't in the list above.

Oh yes, I agree with the popular Em- names. I stayed away from any name that was on the top 100 list.
