Grayson. Loved it and it was my frontrunner when DS was born. Then I was feeling all magnanimous with those birth hormones and said we could use DH's favorite name. Still kick myself a little for that.
Also, for all of you not naming your children after pets, thank you. DH found out when he was a kid that he shared a name with his mom's favorite cat that died before he was born... It just isn't cool being named after a pet or even being partially teased about it.

@Mrs D: Not sure if you are done having kids, but I Max is a very cute girl name too! (Jessica Simpson's daughter is Max I think?)
I love the name Jack but I had a ferret named Jack and my mom just named her dog Jack.... plus it doesn't really work with how people mispronounce our last name. I also like about 10 girl names but we definitely won't have that many kids/girls and I have a #1 girl name in place.

Micah - I've always loved it, but it doesn't fit our criteria.

I love Willow for a girl but DH was totally against it for our daughter. But, her name is Quinn, which I fought for because I love it!!!

@CatchAFallingStar: omg I love Quinn. We might use it as a middle name if this baby is a girl.

Sloan. I love the name for a little girl, but it just doesn't suite our names, and I'm not sure I'd still love it years down the road.

Finn. If 2.0 was a boy it would have been Finn. That was my only disappointment when I found out it was a girl!

Hugh is my favorite boy name. I think DH could possibly be convinced to go for it if he weren't so set on having a son named after him, not to mention, we aren't set on having a third anyway.

siobhan (pronounced shiv-on) or saoirse (pronounced ser-sha) i love them, i love the way they look, but we are SO not irish nor do we live somewhere with an irish population, so the names would never be pronounced properly.

@codeitall: I have a co worker (female) named Grayson and another past co worker who just named her baby girl Grayson! It can definitely be a girl name too!
Elise was our favorite girl name, but IF we had a girl now, it wouldn't work because it is too close to our son's name (Eli)

@Alba4: same. That was our name for a girl. But we're having a second boy! I adore the name Thea. Never loved another name more

Rosemary. And I'm so sad because I love it dearly. It's my MIL's name essentially.

Ruby.
We're not sure if we're having another but if we do, DH vetoed that name. Our last name is a color so he thinks it sounds too "strippery" I think it's adorable!

Milo or Micah for a boy. DH vetoed.
Olive with nickname Ollie or Ella/Ellie for a girl. We have a famous last name, and both of those names would invoke teasing.
