DS is 4 months old and has been obsessed with his Fisher Price Kick n Play Keyboard since birth. It converts into a toddler toy too, so I think it was a good buy!

Definitely the Take Along Tunes. Also Sophie the Giraffe, links, rattles, Lamaze stuffed toys (theres lots, we had the peacock and the robot), jumperoo, music/activity table, Parum Drum (we got it at a year, but we could have done younger. She LOVES this even now at 18m), keys, LeapFrog Picnic Basket (she got it for her first christmas and still loves it at 18m).

I also recommend the Take Along Tunes. My son loved this and he also loved Sophie the Giraffe and Lamaze Freddie the Firefly.
