I love carrot cake. I love cheesecake too. But I don't really consider cheesecake a cake. 
Oh my gosh. Cheesecake Factory has a carrot cake cheesecake! It's SO good.

@Chopsuey119: not sure why it's called Better Than Sex cake..if you google it though tons of recipes come up for it so I think it's a fairly common name. I first learned about it from my mother-in-law who called it better than anything cake to avoid the awkwardness of saying the word sex to me (she's very, very conservative). I eventually discovered the sex name on my own when looking it up once. It's really, really good cake though.

Chocolate cake with cream cheese icing. Or one that I made up one day... a lemon sponge cake with fresh strawberry filling and a whipped cream icing.

I like Strawberry shortcake. I prefer white cake over chocolate cake and I LOVE cream cheese icing.

Yellow cake with chocolate frosting. Bonus if it has sprinkles. Everything from a box mix is OK with me.

@eeh: I first learned about Better Than Sex cake when my bridesmaids baked one for me for my bachelorette party! It was shaped like a penis! But more importantly, it tasted soo good! Love that it's soaked with condensed milk.
I seriously LOVE cake, so it's very hard for me to choose a favorite. I pretty much like any kind of cake. Nothing compares to my mom's homemade chiffon cake with buttercream frosting though. The cake is nice and light... and never dry. The frosting is more buttery than sugary... and it reminds me of home... what else could I ask for?
