Even with my smartphone - I will always love an actual planner most and I use it religiously.
Do you have a favorite? I use one from the brand plan ahead and I've really liked it, but I need a more detailed one for school.

Yes me too! Especially during school. There was this really generic one from office max that I always used to get. I liked how simple it was and the space it gave you.

I sort of wish I still carried around my day planner, but I just feel like it's overkill with my phone. That said, I was a loyal Moleskine agenda user for years! I think I still have them all in a box somewhere. They make such pretty colored ones now too.

I've been using Erin Condren for the past few years. Their customer service has really gone down hill though, unfortunately, so I might try something new next year. I hear great things about Whitney English but they don't really show pictures of the interior so I'm not sure about them yet.

@JerricaBenton: I added hers to my wishlist- it's exactly what I'm looking for: the day broken up into hour increments with a to-do list on the side, and a month at a glance two-page spread. It's amazingly hard to find. But my husband just balked when I showed him the $60 pricetag... which is a lot for a planner. I've never paid more than $10.

@Mrs. Pen: Yeah the Erin Condren planners are about the same but you can find coupon codes sometimes. Not sure if there are ever codes for Whitney English. Definitely more than I used to spend on planners but I also used to have endless time to customize - now it's worth the money to me to have it all ready to use the way I want it!

@JerricaBenton: I have always been fine with cheap planners but now my school/work schedule is just soo crazy that it really helps me to break down and plan each day by the hour. I definitely don't have time to customize or make my own either! Maybe I'll ask DH for the Whitney English one as a mothers day present lol

@Mrs. Pen: I actually used to get a pretty hardcover notebook and make my own planners so I could completely customize them! Ain't nobody got time for that anymore! Lol. A WE planner sounds like a great Mother's day gift to me

I literally have a google doc that plans out my everyday, up to 10 days at a time and I color block it!

I make my own planner using Excel. I like that I can customize it based on what's going on.

I use a weekly/monthly planner from Blue Sky Imaging. It was cheap, it's small, i got it at office depot...some of the nice ones are gorgeous, but they are so expensive.
i fill mine UP. I used this same one when I was in school, too, except i had a larger one. Now that I just have work, I downgraded to a 4x6" size.
