I love these recipes but would love to know what y'all have this time of year!

Aww the cornflake wreaths take me down memory lane!
I sometimes do spritz cookies, but have a love/hate relationship with my cookie press!

I always make these chocolate chip cookies. They are absolutely my favorite and I usually get a lot of compliments on them: https://cookiesandcups.com/my-favorite-chocolate-chip-cookie/
I plan on making these snickerdoodles this year: https://www.howsweeteats.com/2010/12/fat-fluffy-snickerdoodles/
and I'll probably make a couple more but haven't decided what yet.

You guys are inspiring me to do a little baking this year! DD is really starting to take an interest in helping “stir” and other things in the kitchen. This might be fun if I can knock some other to-do items off the list first.
Where do you guys find your cute containers/tins?

These! Like sugar cookies but all brown sugar. My favorite is buttercream (not too thick) on them.

In recent years we’ve also made the bag mix of gingerbread cookies, dip half in white chocolate melts and decorate with sprinkles etc. Cute and easy.
Also love peppermint sugar cookies with peppermint cream cheese frosting and crushed candy canes. They look so nice and I love minty things. And not sure where my recipe is from but it involves using a bag mix to save time.

@yellowbeach: I have always used what had been gifted to me previously but I don't have any this year (but, with a baby due on Christmas, I wont be gifting any cookie plates either).

Mexican wedding cookies, peanut butter kiss cookies and my grandmas cut out cookies/ icing. They are anise cookies, I omit the anise usually. But they are my fav. I just cant understand putting icing on a sugar cookie I think it tastes bad. These are more of a cake cookie you add sweetness to whit the icing.

I don't like a lot of the traditional Christmas cookies, but I do love those cornflake Holly treats, and I also love "Christmas Crack" (I guess it's called?)

I do a few regulars:
sugar cookies
Christmas crack
oatmeal (candy cane cookies--grama's recipe/my favorite)
choc no bakes (dh's favorites)
and then usually one or two new or different ones.... have done snickerdoodles, choc cookies with reeses pieces in them and pb fudge brownies before
