DH has his work's Christmas potluck on the weekend and I'm totally uninspired. I can't think of a single thing I'd like to bring.
What are your favorite potluck dishes?

I love goat-cheese stuffed dates. They look totally fancy but are SO EASY.
1 log of goat cheese
~20 dates, cut in half & pitted.
1-2 cloves of garlic, chopped
parsely, chopped
mix together goat cheese, garlic and parsely until creamy.
Put a teaspoon full inside each date half.
Viola! Totally delicious.

Great question! My company is doing a pot luck where they buy the main dish and everyone else brings something. I can't wait to see what others reply with!

We have ours next week. The department provides the turkey and ham, and gravy. I always bring something that doesn't have to be reheated since I don't want to reheat in the microwave. I make an Asian Slaw Salad and it so delish. Every year it is gone and I make three batches.

My co-workers so far are bringing samosas, homemade salsa and chips and fried rice. We're quite multi-cultural. Haha!

I like going with fruit kebabs, or some type of fruit salad. If there willbe younger people I take sandwiches too. These are easy to eat and easy to transport

Otherwise I do bacon wrapped weenies, buffalo chicken dip, or spinach articoke dip.

I will do this cheese dip:: http://www.epicureselections.com/en/recipe/600/extraordinary-cheese-dip
I'll also do pulled pork in the slow cooker, I bring it into work raw and 4 hours on high it's cooked, plus the whole office smells amazing!
I've been tossing around home made marshmallows too, they look delicious

Thanks everyone, loving your ideas. If not for the potluck my menu for the next week will be a little more inspired!
