We're trying to eat salad with dinner every night, and I'd love some salad dressing suggestions! I'd prefer just to buy it because I'm lazy, but if you have any great recipes, I'd be open to making them too!
Bonus if the dressings are healthy!

Paul Newman's Oil & Vinegar is also a good one.

Trader Joe's champagne-pear vinaigrette is delicious and actually pretty healthy as far as salad dressing goes. 45 calories/2.5 grams of fat per 2 tablespoon serving.
ETA: here's the bottle. It has a little gorgonzola in it, too, but the flavor isn't too strong (I'm not a huge blue cheese fan and I love this stuff).

We get olive garden's dressing at Sam's club. We also like krafts raspberry vinaigrette.

if i'm buying dressing, it's ginger dressing (which is like all i can tolerate these days), either the genji ginger miso dressing from the sushi bar at whole foods, or the makato ginger from fresh direct.

Vinaigrette is super easy: Dijon mustard, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, and minced garlic. All you have to do is shake it up, or whisk it if you're not using a lidded container. The proportions are to taste, but my ratios are something like: 2 tbsp mustard, 1/3 cup oil, 2 tbsp balsamic, 3 tbsp red wine vinegar, and a clove of garlic.
I make it in a jar and we use over the course of a week. It is also really good mixed into grated carrots, and super kid-friendly, because the balsamic makes it sweet.

Trader Joe's Goddess dressing. It's not the healthiest but a little bit goes such a long way for me so it's not like I'm dousing my salad in it. It is so good!

Gazebo Room's Greek salad dressing is my favorite bottles.
I also usually have some honey balsamic vinaigrette in the fridge:

I like the Opa greek yogurt caesar. Also the Newman's Own light sesame, and I loooove homemade ranch. The olive garden light italian makes a really good chicken marinade. Has some weird stuff in it, but whatever.

For a side salad accompanying dinner I like just garlic evoo + balsamic vinaigrette so it doesn't overpower the meal.
