I was a stomach sleeper pre pregnancies but now I like sleeping on my left side. I can't fall asleep on my stomach or back anymore!

Same! I used to sleep in my stomach but switched to side while pregnant. Since nursing it hurts my boobs to lie on my stomach now, or even that far over on my side

On my belly (it was a glorious day when I finished breastfeeding) with one leg cocked out, a pillow under my belly and one under my head.

I'm a belly and back sleeper so this pregnancy has been tough. I usually try to sleep on my left side now (with the help of a body pillow) but usually end up on my back even though I'm not supposed to.

@night cheese: Oh, me too! I always wake up on my back, and now that I'm getting to the point where I should only be side sleeping, I'm dreading it.
Stomach sleeping went the way of the dodo weeks ago, and I sure do miss it!

I was soooo happy to be able to sleep on my belly again but I usually end up on a side.

Belly and side sleeper here. I missed sleeping on my belly in the early postpartum days. Once we weaned, I went back to my stomach happily.

I'm usually on my stomach too. My last pregnancy I was on my side with a pillow between my legs and I'm starting to do that with this pregnancy too.

I was an avid side sleeper pre-pregnancy, switching back and forth between sides at night. Now that my baby is here I'm almost strictly a back sleeper since he falls asleep on my chest or in the crook of my arm + torso. Sometimes I get to side sleep when he's next to me.
