I'm looking for a few cheap meals I can incorporate to our meal plan. Not stuff with expensive spices and ingredients and not small side meals that my DH wont do. We eat pretty healthy but grocery bills for lots of meat add up. Going meatless or less meat seems to be recommended often but DH needs a substantial meal.
A things I want to try:
- Bean chilli (maybe with half as much meat but double the beans).
- Tacos with lots of fajita veggies
- Pizza with lots of fresh toppings (I saw a recipe for sweet potato sauce?)
