I never tried kimchi until a few days ago...it was okay but not my favorite. I ate 1/4 cup of it straight. I want to add more fermented/probiotic foods to my diet and kimchi is one of the only healthy sores available at my local grocery. Plus now I have an entire jar.. so lay it on me. What's your favorite thing to eat with kimchi?
Eating 1/4 c sounds like a lot - I'm Korean and don't know if I can handle that much!
