I really liked the Bikini Body Mommy workouts. She has a lot of great workouts that don't require a bunch of space or special gym equipment. She's done several 90-day workouts and I like that for me, she was relatable because she was post-partum trying to get back in shape and lose baby weight. I think they were mostly between 20-40 minutes.

On Fitness Blender, I really like doing their 8-week programs. There are two programs in which all the videos are about 30 minutes. Each program costs less than $10 and you can do them as many times as you want. I prefer to not have to think about what video to do each day

@jetsa: it's totally worth it! For about a year, I just picked videos myself, and I've gotten better results since I bought the programs. Mostly because I can't be lazy and just pick something easy every day
