There is a local restaurant here that serves sweet fire which is kind of like BBQ and medium/hot mixed together. It's so delicious! It sounds similar to what @Mrs. Lemon-Lime described.

Hot Stripe Ranch from Kelsey's. They roll the wings in ranch sauce, and then pour a 'stripe' of buffalo sauce on them. YUM.

@travelgirl1: Same as you, dip in bleu cheese. Delicious! We made Anchor Bar Buffalo wings the other night. It wasn't so hard and we made hand cut potato chips to go with. Now I want to make them again!

My favorite wings are grilled mild (the wing place by our house has these and they are amazing!) Otherwise I like honey BBQ, teriaki, or mild.

My favorite is buffalo garlic, from Wings to Go. It's the perfect heat, and I love garlic. But for homemade wings, my sister got Hubs the sauce from this bar in State College (Penn State) that he always talks about called Champs. That is good sauce!

Depending on which wings place we go to, I like lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, or honey bbq.
