Do you always sit your LO in her/his high chair when you feed solids?
I sit LO in her chair for meals, but I'm not as strict when it comes to snacks. We're eating rice pudding together on the couch.

I used to but I have become more lenient about snacks. I think sitting them in the high chair enforces good eating habits so I made sure those were in place (and she was a good eater) before I freed her. Haha.

Same here. Meals is always on the high chair. But with snacks, we're much more lenient. We wont' let him snack on his bed though. But sofa, coffee table....all good!

When I'm feeling particularly hungry or lazy, we'll sit on the floor of the kitchen facing each other and share food

Always in the chair. (for us) because i started feeding Mavrick solids at 3 months so he didnt sit up straight until 6

We don't always have a high chair. If I'm out (and not at a restaurant) she'll sit on someone's lap, or in her stroller. And I also just fed her mum mum's on the couch. My family has never been strict about eating at the table for meals, and I won't be either.
