If your LO still has a fever over 101, 1.5 hours after giving her Tylenol, would you try giving her Motrin? She still very lethargic.

Is she staying hydrated? If the Motrin doesn't help either I'd take her to the doc tomorrow.

@NurseMommy: thanks. I gave her the Motrin before bed and her fever broke overnight. I was trying to give her fluids but she wouldn't eat or drink more than a couple bites/sips since lunch. She has her 2 yr check up on Monday, so hopefully this is all out of her system before then.
