I was experiencing delayed O, and I think I ovulated finally on Thursday but only based on temping data (I gave up on OPKs and the Clearblue monitor). If I did O, we hit 2 days in the FW so we could have conceieved.

Problem is, now I have had a 100-101 fever / flu for Friday and today. I'm scared that if we did conceieve, this would really harm the baby. Any insight or success stories out there about sickness / fever right after conception, etc?

Granted, it's also VERY possible that the raised temps are due to sickness, and I haven't ovulated at all.
