Long shot: Has anyone ever filed a subpoena for a call record? You know when you call your bank, and it says "this call will be recorded"? ... Long story short, Bank of America is jerking me around, and I am trying to get them to reverse a fee I was told I wouldn't have. It went from "we can listen to the call, and let you know", to "actually, we see you're going to have to file a subpoena for us to access the records".

I assume they think I won't go through with it, but when $ is involved, I'm thorough! Anyone ever do this? I'd love advice.
