I finally get to change my status to TTC! I got married June 15th and we are now ready to start trying. My doctor let me know that I am only ovulating every other month but said to go ahead and try ourselves for 2 months and then he will prescribe clomid! And tips for us? We have preseed. Is BDing everyday too much lol?

Oh wow, that's interesting you only ovulate every other month. Do you know why that is? And more importantly, do you know WHICH months you ovulate?
BDing every day is totally fine, but it's not necessary, so if it gets to be too stressful to do it everyday, don't feel bad cutting it back to every-other.
Are you going to chart at all?

This is so exciting!! If you and your hubby can handle BD every day, go for it! I personally found it exhausting after a week! LOL! I'm also curious as to how you are ovulating every other month...

So I have been having my period every 50-60 days and I was worried about it so I went into my doctor assuming I have PCOS, he didn't diagnose me with it, but he said I only ovulate every other month? I don't know, that is just what he said. It was a pap smear and I brought up the period thing, so I haven't had any other appointments following it up. But he said he would prescribe clomid in August and we could talk more then, so I hope it turns out ok. And I would love to chart but I wake up different times everyday, and I work the graveyard shift, so not sure when I would take the temperature? Thanks for all the good luck wishes ladies!!!

Congrats! We BD'd every day for 10 days straight every month! It worked for us. We got pregnant within 3 months.
