LO is 5 1/2 months old. I know we need to swaddle wean her at some point. Tonight, we'll see.
LO didn't nap from 4:45, when DH picked her up from daycare, until she fell asleep in the car coming home from the farmer's market around 8:15. We're being brave and just put her in her crib, no swaddle, not bath, nothing.
Fingers crossed we don't regret it!

fingers crossed! We didn't get away from the swaddle until around 6-6.5 months.

Good luck! FWIW, I dropped the swaddle with our daughter cold turkey at 3.5 months. She slept through the night the next night, and has been doing the same ever since!

I hope it goes well! We swaddle weaned cold turkey at around 4.5-5 months and it went really really well!

Update: Yeah, didn't do so well. She woke up around 10 so we gave her a bottle, undressed her, did a diaper change. She was staring at me all happy, but awake. I swaddled her up and put her back in the crib and she was asleep in less than 5 minutes. I guess she's not ready to ditch the swaddle.
Success in that we were able to skip the feeding solids and bath though. Plus, she woke at 5:15 for a bottle and went back to sleep.
