A thumbs up would be fun too - kind of a way to 'like' someone's comment. It might get too impersonal though, just replying with a thumbs up instead of taking the time to write a comment...

and think they cover a lot, but here are a few more options:Tired/sleepy (maybe a smiley with eyes closed or a few zs)
If you are doing something with fingers like :fx:, you could also do :thumbsup: :thumbsdown: :a-ok: :clapping:
Maybe something related to a party (birthdays, showers, holidays) like a party hat and streamers.
Maybe a clock - could represent a lot of things, like my baby-clock is ticking, or I can't wait to get this baby out.
