I've been nursing, supplementing with formula with a Medela SNS system, bottle feeding and pumping since last week. I just saw 2 whole drops come out of my boob in my last pumping session...I think I finally have some colostrum! Woo hoo!

Awesome! I was soooo excited when my milk came in, I only knew because DS had some milk in the corner of his mouth. I didn't get engorged until the next day!

@autumnlove: you might bite your tongue once it happens! Thankfully it only lasted a few days for me.
And yes, I love my sweet, glorious carbs! In fact I think I shall have a bowl of ice cream right now and not bother to measure my serving size!
